Eastern Counties Motor Club collects information from you when you either (1) Join ECMC, (2) Enter an ECMC event or (3) Marshal on an ECMC event. We will collect, use, store and process personal information such as your contact details (name, email address, telephone number, postal address), vehicle details, MSUK License number and next of kin details. We will use your contact details to administer your club membership, including sending renewal notices, club newsletters and advise of upcoming club events. Your contact, vehicle, license and next of kin details are used to administer club events in accordance with the rules set out by the MSUK, including the data retention period.
The MSUK (Motor Sport UK) is the governing body for motor sport in the UK, and ECMC is an official MSUK registered club. The MSUK Data Protection Policy can be viewed here.
Event membership and entry forms are processed by JotForm and the data captured is secured using SSL encryption. You can read JotForm’s Privacy Policy at https://www.jotform.com/privacy/
