Eastern Counties Motor Club is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the evening of Tuesday, 8th April at The Golden Hind in Ipswich.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7.30pm. The formalities will be kept short and sweet, with all committee members happy to continue in their current roles. However, we always welcome additional input, so if you’d like to get involved or have any feedback on what you’d like to see from the club or the future of motorsport in our region, we’d love to hear from you!
Following the formal part of the meeting, there will be a social evening and we will provide a light buffet, offering the opportunity to catch-up with others. We’ll be playing a selection of Eastern Counties-related motorsport videos and we will also have some of our classic trophies on display, which have been newly refurbished, ready to be awarded for our 2025 club championships.
